These terms apply to your use of the MHI Auto Spares website. By using the website you agree to them. Sales made in our branches are also governed by the terms on your quote, invoice or delivery note.

The online catalogue

The website is a catalogue for requesting quotes. You cannot buy or pay online. Adding products to your quote list or sending a quote request does not create an order or reserve stock.

We work to keep product names, images and descriptions accurate, but images are for illustration and colours may look different on screen. Product availability shown online is a guide and can change during the day; the branch confirms availability on your quote.

Quotes

  • Quotes are prepared by the branch and are valid for the period stated on the quote and subject to stock. If no period is stated, confirm the price with the branch before you pay.
  • Prices on a quote are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable, unless the quote says otherwise.
  • Quantities worked out by the website calculators, or from plans, bills of quantities or lists you send, are estimates prepared in good faith. Please check them against your plans; you remain responsible for the final quantities you order.
  • An order is only confirmed once the branch accepts it and the agreed payment has been made.

Payment

Payment is made at the branch or by the method the branch gives you on your quote or invoice. We will never ask you to pay through a link sent from an unknown number. If in doubt, call or WhatsApp the branch directly using the numbers on this website.

Returns

See our Returns and refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

Using the website

  • Do not upload files that contain viruses, are unlawful, or that you do not have the right to share.
  • Do not try to interfere with the website or use it to send spam.
  • The MHI Auto Spares name, logo and website content belong to MHI Auto Spares and may not be copied without permission. Brand names of products we stock belong to their owners.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, MHI Auto Spares is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Fitment information and advice on parts are given in good faith; the branch confirms fitment before you buy. Have safety parts such as brakes, steering and suspension fitted by a qualified mechanic.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
