Delivery and Collection

Nothing is sold or shipped through this website. You send a quote request on the website or WhatsApp to the branch you choose, and the branch confirms prices, stock and how you will receive your parts.
Collect at the branch
You can collect from our Rita (Maake) or Nkowankowa branch. The branch lets you know when your parts are ready. Please bring your quote reference and, where we asked for it, the old part for comparison.
Delivery
If you need parts delivered, choose "Ask about delivery" on the quote form and give your area or workshop address. The branch will tell you whether it can deliver to you, the cost and the expected date, and these will be shown on your quote. Delivery is only confirmed once the quote is accepted.
- Someone must be there to receive and check the delivery.
- Check the parts before signing for them and note any damage or shortage.
Fitment
The vehicle finder and fitment lists on this website are a guide. The branch checks every part against the vehicle details you give (make, model, year, engine and, where possible, the VIN or a photo of the licence disc or old part) before confirming your quote.
